Inspired by the wonderful Mexican tenangos folk art embroidery from the Otomi, our playful twist features stylized woodland animals—deer, llamas, rabbits, donkeys, birds, squirrels and peacocks—scattered among leafy branches, flowers, and sprigs. Silhouettes in rainbow brights (teal, chartreuse, orange, pink, purple and green) dance across a crisp white or colored ground, creating a lively, confetti-like allover repeat.
